Prices and Payment
Natural health star includes the sale of products to the UK and uses the currency of GBP pound sterling. Where applicable a 20% VAT is included. You can pay using Paypal or by credit/debit card through a secure payment gateway operated by Barclays. If your card payment is for any reason not authorised to us, whether before or after payment, natural health star will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. Natural health star employees do not have access to your personal card details at any time and neither are your card details stored or recorded at all. The prices on this website may change from time to time. The price shown on the website at the time you place your order is the price you’ll be charged. The prices do not include postage and packaging where applicable. Postage and packaging will be shown separately when you add the product to your basket.
Availability of site
We cannot guarantee that access to the site and services will be uninterrupted at all times. If the site is unavailable for any period we will endeavour to fix any issues ASAP so that the site or services become available again.

The following rules apply to any competitions on natural health star or related social media platforms. It is the responsibility of the person or representative of person entering the competition (entrant) to adhere to the rules. These rules may be amended from time to time and it is the responsibility of the entrant to keep up to date with these changes:
– On entering the competition the entrant will automatically be entered into a draw for the relevant prize.
– On entering the competition the entrant will automatically be added to our subscription list.
– The winner will be notified by post or email within 28 days of the closing date of the competition.
– No cash alternative will be offered.
– The relevant prize is as described at the date of publication. However if there are events beyond the control of natural health star to furnish the prize due to unforeseen circumstances, natural health star may have to amend the competition and no liability shall be attached to natural health star.
– Entry of all competitions is limited to persons aged 18 years and over. The decision by natural health star with regards to the competition is final and entrants must agree to abide by the rules weather published or not and the decisions on any matter whatsoever arising as a result of or in relation to the competition are final.
– No purchase is necessary to enter the competitions.
– There should be no more than one entry per household.
Discount codes/promotions/special offers
Any Promotions, discount codes and/or special offers that are available at certain times on natural health star may be terminated without any prior notice or warning. There is no guarantee that these discount codes, special offers or promotions will be accepted once it has ended. If there is a current promotion on a certain order, discount codes will not apply as a discount has already been applied.
Terms and Conditions for sale
When an order is made any email or acknowledgement received from natural health star confirming the order does not mean that we have accepted your order. Acceptance of your order and contract completion between you and natural health star will occur when your order is dispatched unless natural health star does not accept your order or you have cancelled it. All products on natural health star are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any product at any given time. Display of the product on natural health star is not an indication that the item is in stock. If your selected item is not in stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we can. We will aim to contact you within 24 hours except at weekends and public holidays. If your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price of your order, natural health star may refuse or be unable to process the order. Accepted orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed on natural health star except on weekends and public holidays when it will be dispatched the next working day. Depending on your method of shipment, delivery of your order may vary. Natural health star cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at the time specified by the method of shipment. Once your order is received, natural health star will send you an email confirmation of your order details. Please review the customer terms and conditions together with the email confirmation of your order and the relevant details of the product on the product page related to the order.
A single delivery charge of £3.95 is charged for orders under £50. Delivery is free for orders of £50 or more.
We will only deliver to the UK for standard orders placed on www.naturalhealthstar.com. If you would like to arrange delivery outside the UK, please email us at email@example.com to arrange this.
We are sure you will be happy with your item but if for any reason you aren’t, please contact us and we will advise you on the best way to proceed. We will aim to resolve any issues within 28 working days of you notifying us.
You have 14 days to cancel an order from the time you receive it. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
For a cancellation, we will refund the cost of delivery. As some items come directly from the seller, you can send these items directly back to them. You can see return details on each individual sellers’ website. For other items you can send back directly to natural health star limited for which the address is shown in our company details.
The cost of delivery will be reimbursed (except for supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and only after we have received goods back from you.
We will make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods and it is your responsibility to return the items either to our suppliers or to us. Royal Mail Guaranteed or recorded delivery is recommended. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage to goods on transit when returned.
Incorrect or damaged items
If you have received the wrong item or it is damaged on receipt or if there is any error on our part, please contact us and we’ll endeavour to put it right by refunding the full price or exchanging the goods and we will reimburse the cost of the shipping back to you.
Items you cannot return or exchange
- Anything that has not been returned within 14 days of you receiving the order
- Any items that are not in their original condition of receipt unless damaged or if the item is not in its expected original condition due to our mistake.
- Perishable products (like food).
- Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or food) where the seal is broken.
To cancel your order, please send us an email and we will advise on the next steps. We will respond with 24 hours unless it’s a weekend or public holiday in which case it will be the next working day.
