If you want to make this as a healthy breakfast smoothie, you could try adding some protein rich flax seeds or healthy protein powder to keep you feeling full for longer.
300g ripened mango
1 large carrot
1 small banana
small chunk of ginger
a dash of lemon juice
a pinch of turmeric
Blitz up all the ingredients, adding water gradually until your smoothie is the consistency that you like.
