Competition to win a natural health star self care box

By Nisha Patel - Pharmacist and Co-Founder -

How would you like to have a chance to win this wonderful natural health star self care box worth £30?

At natural health star we are firm believers of health and self care. Being mums, we have such an important role (along with dads) to help look after our families. But in order to do this, we must first look after ourselves. All the products in the box are lovingly made by small ethical UK companies, who really care about the ingredients they use, and are amongst our best selling products.

The products in the box form part of our daily healthy habits and are wonderfully indulgent. We think self care is about loving ourselves as we are, and as a result nourishing our body, mind and spirit comes as a natural extension of this, rather than it being a chore. Self care doesn’t have to take lots of time and effort, but can be as simple as taking a few minutes to pamper ourselves throughout the day.
