After receiving my degree in Human Resources and Masters in Marketing, I decided to pursue my passion of healthy eating and living.
I have been a healthy eater from a very young age and so naturally I adopted a very healthy lifestyle, avoiding any food that is processed, practicing yoga and meditation, attending acupuncture sessions, following the principles of holistic medicine, doing workshops, reading and researching constantly.
In the past few years, I started teaching workshops about healthy food incorporating everything I’ve learnt so far. Last summer I went to South America to learn more about the Andean way of cooking, local medicinal plants and treatments which I also hope to incorporate into future workshops.
I love creating simple, healthy, true recipes that are quick and easy to make. Healthy eating and living is my passion and I love sharing this with others!
