Hi, I’m Christine and yoga has been a big part of my life for the last 10 years. I was diagnosed with a structural scoliosis at the age of 5 and have been suffering from back pain since my late teens. Having tried various therapies and exercises I have found yoga to be the most beneficial.
Yoga has helped me enormously through both of my pregnancies and births which has inspired me to become a yoga teacher! I have recently completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training and am teaching group and private classes in New Malden, Surrey.
